Runathon exudes the spirit of Wellington College. It's about giving back. It brings people together; regardless of age or interests or towards a goal for the greater good. To me, it's a charity event that perfectly embodies the school motto, "Receive the light and pass it on." That's why the logo depicts a baton of light being passed on.
I was asked to design a logo for the event's t-shirts, but I took the brief further by creating a logo system that was responsive and adaptable for a variety of use cases. The logo was designed with motion graphics in mind. I created a 20 second teaser animation to reveal and hype up the charity event.
